Performance Location: Panama City, FL

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm

Requirements:

· Have full knowledge of the high-pressure fill station.

· Shall have completed Tanks Visual Inspection course.

· Shall have skills and qualifications to maintain all types of boats and outboard motors. In addition to the General Requirements identified above, as de- scribed in Appendix B for the specified level of DVO support required at each location, sample tasks which may be required of the Seller’s personnel per- forming this category of support include:

-Provide assistance with the issue, return/turn-in, storage, inventory, calibration, maintenance, and repairs (including depot-level repairs) of all mission equipment, support equipment, tools, dive gear, and test equipment.

-Continually monitor the calibration schedule to ensure complete and timely calibration of all assigned calibrated items within the Dive Life Support and Maintenance Facility (DLSMF), to include pick-up and drop-off of tank and bottles.

-Maintain a detailed working knowledge of all equipment deficiencies within the work center. Ensure prompt reporting of all material deficiencies and completed maintenance actions as required. Prepare and submit material requisitions.

-Maintain Re-entry Control (REC) Logs and Failure Analysis or Inadequacy Report (FAIR) forms.

-Maintain an adequate supply of Government provided 3-M System forms and materials within the work center.

-Ensure maximum use of Preventative Maintenance Checks and Ser- vices (PMCS) as an aid in training personnel in maintenance procedures for all equipment within the work center.

-Maintain control and accountability of Job Sequence Numbers (JSN’s) within the work center, as applicable.

-Review Maintenance Requirements Criteria (MRC’s).

-Maintain an accurate and current List of Effective Pages (LOEP’s) by comparing the documentation with the actual equipment configuration.

-Ensure programmed Periodic Maintenance Requirements (PMRs) are completed and reported in strict accordance with the PMR, as applicable.

-Ensure proper testing and inspection of work done by outside activities.

Qualifications:

· Must have a secret clearance.

· Have strong organizational skills and be able to work independently with little or no supervision.

· Be able to operate a standalone computer without assistance and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications.

· Must possess a valid, unencumbered, state driver’s license.

· Must possess excellent work ethic, verbal, and written communication skills, and be detailed and accurate in performing all functions.

· Must be familiar with AR 25-50 and be able to write correspondence in a military format, when necessary.

· Be able to drive government-owned passenger vehicles, trucks, vans.

· Contractors must comply with facility access policies. Some locations require duty at highly secure facilities which require controlled access and restrict personal electronic devices.

· Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English language to effectively carry out all contract requirements.

· Be a U.S. Citizen unless the provisions of Army Regulation 25-2, Information Assurance, have been fully completed and approval has been granted by the Government for the non-U.S. citizen to perform the required support.
