Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a CRM developer to join our IT team on-site in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in CRM systems development and hands-on experience with both Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms.
Responsibilities of the CRM Developer:
- Design, develop, and modify the ServiceNow platform to optimize the use of modules such as ITSM, ITBM, and SPM for NSD business processes.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce as a case/matter management platform using native Salesforce applications and custom-developed workflows.
- Integrate various Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) with Salesforce, including Litify/LegalStratus, iPublic Sector Foundations, and Salesforce CRM Analytics Plus.
- Utilize Flosum (DevOps) for development operations within Salesforce.
- Integrate additional mission partner data repositories, such as Max.gov, with Salesforce
Qualifications of the CRM Developer:
- 10+ years of experience in CRM systems development.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Expertise in configuring, supporting, and maintaining ServiceNow.
- Skilled in the configuration, support, and maintenance of Salesforce.
- Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance Required
Compensation for the CRM Developer:
- Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000 **depending on experience**
