Responsibilities of the TechOps Admin:
- End-user support for software, peripherals, and devices
- Installation of specialized software
- Deployment of new desktop and laptop hardware
Qualifications of the TechOps Admin:
- Active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph
- 2+ years of experience in an IT software support role
- Bachelor's degree in an IT related field (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, etc)
Compensation for the TechOps Admin:
- Salary: $70-135,000/year *flexible based on experience*
