Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Executive Director, Portfolio Manager to join our team. This position supports three client sites located in: Northern Virginia, Charleston SC, and San Diego CA.
Job Summary:
The Portfolio Manager (PfM) is responsible for leading the business strategy, growth, P&L, personnel and delivery of services for the NAVWAR portfolio. The PfM will be responsible for all aspects of service delivery for a group of programs that includes leading leaders. The PfM will develop and execute a business strategy for the assigned market leveraging all of ManTech to achieve superior mission and business outcomes. As the single point of accountability for all things related to this piece of business the PfM will leverage internal supporting functions effectively and efficiently. The PfM will grow the business, utilizing business development support, by developing a strong, qualified pipeline and delivering winning proposals for both new business and recompetes. The PfM will leverage existing contracts to drive significant on-contract growth across the portfolio. The PfM will have ownership of customer relationships in the market and be actively visible externally.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Single point of accountability for all things related to the NAVWAR portfolio
- Develop and execute business strategy
- Participate in related overarching Go to Market plans for the Navy Segment
- Be visible in the NAVWAR community and customer leadership
- Execute strong consultative approaches to enhancing the value that ManTech provides to the Navy
- Successfully grow through new business and on-contract growth
- Build strong, well qualified NAVWAR sales pipeline
- Successfully deliver on contract commitments for all programs and manage/resolve issues to ensure positive CPARs
- Manage P&L for book of business
- Provide mentorship/training to NAVWAR portfolio team to include strong improvements in consultative skills
- Effectively communicate about and advocate for the NAVWAR portfolio
- Effectively leverage supporting functions, including business development, to achieve goals
- Travel, as needed, for delivery, team building and business development
- Identify, develop, and implement efficiencies that enhance productivity and/or reduce overall contract costs to the Government and ManTech.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 15+ years of Government services experience, including 10 years of business consulting and business leadership experience
- Significant experience in the Navy market both consultative and business leadership
- Track record of winning new business in the Navy market
- Experienced public speaker with a track record of Navy event participation
- Experience developing and executing strategic business plans
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing P&Ls of at least $20M annually
- Experience leading leaders
- Ability to travel to Northern Virginia, Charleston SC, or San Diego CA 75% of the time.

- Formal consultative training
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen and have an active Top Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Occasional movement within office spaces for communication and accessing resources
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, such as computers, printers, etc.
