You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Employee Relations) in the Human Capital Management Group, Employee Relations Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will responsible for the management administration of the Workers' Compensation Program.
- You will serve as primary liaison for supervisors and employees in communicating with Department of Labor on claims and entitlements of injured workers.
- You will assist in the development of case documentation, ensuring that all required forms are completed and signed before submission to U.S. Dept of Labor (DOL) case examiners.
- You will perform reviews of workers' compensation claims and documentation, determining completeness and timeliness, and reviewing for accuracy.
- You will monitor Portal (ECOMP) for final processing. Receives, reviews, and submits medical and other factual documentation to the DOL.
