Strategic Analysis, Inc, (SA) is looking to add a Recruiter to our team. This individual will be an SA ambassador and work directly with internal and external clients and candidates. Candidates for this position should possess great communication skills and be able to respond effectively when priorities shift. As a Recruiter you will be responsible for providing support to the Recruiting Department and hiring managers by reviewing job descriptions, reviewing candidates resumes, scheduling interviews along with providing sourcing support. This role is vital to continuing SA's long tradition of providing an exceptional workplace staffed with exceptional people.
Core responsibilities include:
Assist with positing open positions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Maintain job board postings in the various platforms (Clearance Jobs, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Assist with scheduling interviews and phone screening working directly with candidates, hiring managers, and Recruiter
Maintain current candidate status records for each active candidate in the ATS
Follow all the compliance steps for government contractors to include gathering information from candidates so the required reporting (Affirmative Action Plan, EEO, and VETS) can be submitted by the HR department
Provide frequent communication to candidates on recruiting status via phone, email and text
Respond promptly to all candidate questions about the hiring process, company, benefits, etc.
Conduct phone screening and initial interviews, as well as reference checks
Assist with tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Provide sourcing and recruiting support as needed
Assist in creation and management of candidate talent pools
Assist in the coordination of other recruiting and HR activities as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with 3+ years of office working experience
At least one (3) year of experience working in a corporate administrative capacity
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Superior verbal and written communications skills, specifically related to need for excellent telephone etiquette
Must be reliable and dependable, able to follow directions and work independently
Capable of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment with a focus on delivering projected results
Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a team environment
Capable of interacting with all levels of external and internal professionals while developing strong productive relationships
Solid organizational and time management skills specifically relating to completion of tasks with appropriate follow through and status updates to affected parties
Ability to maintain confidential information
Attention to detail and accuracy of information
Preferred Requirements:
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System and Government Contracting
Two (3) years of work experience within an HR, administrative, or recruiting capacity
Ability to obtain a government security clearance
