Position Summary
Odyssey Systems is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator for Odyssey's Strategic Engagement team will play a pivotal role in a newly established, high-functioning collaboration cell. This position supports customer, industry, and internal engagement efforts, while also fostering community involvement. Reporting to the Executive Director for Strategic Engagement, the coordinator will help streamline internal and external collaboration processes to enhance customer support and forge strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include managing meeting rhythms, organizing customer and industry information, coordinating tasks across teams, and ensuring Odyssey's presence at events, including some outside regular business hours. Based at the Lincoln, MA office, the role also involves office management, logistics coordination, partial telework, and occasional travel (10-15%).
This dynamic, new position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-priority company initiatives and drive meaningful impact.

Qualifications
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Ability to obtain a Secret level clearance
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Management, or appropriately related field
Years of Experience: 4 years in a relevant discipline, such as, business operations, program management, Government contracting, or strategic engagement
Preferred Qualifications
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- In direct support of Odyssey's Strategic Engagement Executive Director and team, help to build and manage Odyssey employee, customer and strategic partner contacts
- Coordinate team engagement, facilitate meetings, capture details associated with company strategies, important contacts, meeting agendas, and follow up on activities.
- Facilitate information sharing across Odyssey management and operations teams.
- Track strategic engagement team topics and strategy development activities, helping facilitate successful outcomes.
- Coordinate team engagement activity, capture topic details, content and associated actions and take aways via documents, presentations and after action report follow up.
- Help establish customer and industry engagement activity, processes, best practices.
- Help generate and evolve customer value propositions, maximizing Odyssey benefit.
- Facilitate mapping of critical customers and industry partner contact information.
- Collaborate with Operations and Growth team members to build and maintain strong, positive and mutually productive relationships with current and future customers.
- Participate in operational team problem solving, strategy development working groups to help solve challenges and implement efficiencies.
- Help prepare responses on special topics and customer engagement items.
- Work in partnership with internal organizations on continuous process improvement initiatives and activities.
- Actively interface and engage with internal Odyssey departments, all Operations Groups, Business Operations functions, Technical Center, Growth, Business Development, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition.
- Help organize and contribute to Odyssey content, to include messaging benefit and continuity in multiple formats.
- Help prepare for internal and external meetings and social media representation.
- Follow up on team actions to ensure transparency, progress, seeing actions to closure.
- Actively work to improve and document team processes and recommend solutions.
- Actively participate in industry and customer engagements such as conferences and symposiums representing the Odyssey brand throughout the community.
- Help coordinate Odyssey events and facilitate Odyssey's participation in community activities to ensure appropriate preparation and representation. Engagement participation requires planning, active coordination, multitasking and representation.
- Coordinate team social media representation, ensuring highlights are captured/shared.
- Coordinate office management, facilitate meeting logistics and location requirements.
- Proactively work with representatives from all teams located at Odyssey's Lincoln, MA offices to ensure smooth operations and preparation for activity, meetings and visits.
