System Engineer

Job Title: Systems Engineer (Systems Integration & Risk Management)
Location: This position will be 100% on-site in St. Louis, MO. Looking for someone to start as soon as they can relocate.
Duration: Contract to Hire.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• Systems Engineer primarily focused on risk management.
• Strong background in systems integration.
• Expertise in electrical and software, or electrical and mechanical engineering.
• Experience with consistent method for tracking risks; seeking someone to establish a system for group-wide tracking.
• Typically handle 20-40 requirements on a day-to-day basis.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Desired traits include confidence and adaptability.
• Less emphasis on budgeting and PMP skills due to senior resource filling those gaps.
• Eventually needed secret security clearance post start.

Typical Education & Experience:

• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor in electrical or mechanical) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Masters+2 years' related work experience etc.).
