We are currently working with a DoD client to transform their HR organization into a world-class personnel organization. A significant milestone in the client's plan is to deliver an enhanced HR customer experience via a tiered shared service model using industry standard HR IT applications. Our team serves as a key advisor to the client's leadership, change management, communications, and training stakeholders to help prepare the entire organization for new system, process, or organizational changes and ensure that they are successfully implemented and sustained over time. We are seeking an Organizational Change Management professional to support the mission. In this role you will:

• Coordinate across workstreams to build familiarity and awareness of pending HR system, process or organizational changes.

• Work with organizational stakeholders and Deloitte team members to develop Organizational Change Management (OCM) scoping documents and supporting products establishing:

• Plans and products for internal and external communications;

• Training plans and products tailored for each category of stakeholder; and

• Identification of and plans to leverage change agents.

• Develop quality PowerPoint, Word, and Excel documents to deliver to the client.
Required Skills/Experience
  • Active Secret security clearance (interim OK)
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience delivering solutions to large organizations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint (Advanced), Excel (Intermediate) and Word (Advanced)
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and comfortable working individually and in team environments.
  • Ability to deal well with change and uncertainty
  • Excellent written communication skills
Desired Skills/Experience
  • Communications strategy development experience
  • Experience developing and delivering high level training aids (quick start guides, one-pagers, etc.)
  • Familiarity with military HR service delivery

At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.

We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
