Systems Administrator

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Systems Administrator to join a DoD program supporting the USMC located in Arlington, VA. The Systems Administrator will support end-users by providing troubleshooting support utilizing Remedy ticketing system. This is a long-term program fully-funded through 2028.

Responsibilities for the Systems Administrator include:

• Assist with IT support for devices/technologies including laptops, desktops, printers, mobile phones, and other MCEN network devices with a focus on networks

• Assist with coding, testing, implementation, and documentation projects

• Ensure plans and solutions meet customer needs and expectations

• Assist with VoIP and VTC activities, support, and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications for the Systems Administrator include:

• 2+ Years of IT Support experience

• Experience with Windows/Linux Servers

• Active IAT II Certification: CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, or equivalent/higher

• Must have an Active SECRET Clearance

Compensation for the Systems Administrator include:

• Salary Range: $60,000-80,000 **depending on experience**
