Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a React Application Developer to support our work with a federal client. This is a Remote role and is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.

Successful candidates are required to have a Public Trust - Interim Security Clearance.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain interactive web applications using React
  • Integrate applications with the DHIS2 platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the codebase and development processes
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices are applied

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have:

  • 3-5 years of experience with React.js
  • 3-5 years of experience with React Redux
  • 3-5 years of experience in Agile Application Development
  • Proven experience as a React Developer or similar role within last two years.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and React.
  • Strong understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization libraries and tools
  • Experience developing in open-source software.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience in the healthcare or public health sector

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Salary: $80,000-$90,000, Dependent on experience
