Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to join our nationwide team supporting the behavioral health and wellness of federal wildland firefighters and dispatchers. These will be ONSITE roles throughout the state of Texas and at various locations around the country.
In this role, you will:
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide individual therapy sessions (in-person and virtual) addressing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders
• Offer crisis intervention services and immediate support during emergencies
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to address regional needs and optimize service delivery
• Maintain secure and confidential client records in compliance with federal standards
REQUIREMENTS:
A successful candidate must have:
• Expertise in trauma-informed care and working with first responders
• Flexibility to provide services both in-person and virtually as needed
• Commitment to maintaining federal confidentiality standards for client records
• Independent licensure in the state where services will be provided (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist)
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience
• Specialized training or experience with first responders and trauma-focused modalities (e.g., EMDR, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy) preferred
• The ability to attend orientation and refresher training on wildland firefighter culture
EDUCATION:
• Master's or Doctorate degree in a mental health field
