Functional Responsibilities:
The SD shall possess an active and transferable U.S. TOP-SECRET (with SSBI).The Software Developer is to support our customer in Quantico, VA. The SD will translate detailed design into computer software. Test, debug, and refine the computer software to generate the required software enhancements and system components. Prepare both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhance software and database queries to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. May provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.
Minimum General Experience:
Must have five or more years of experience with high level programming languages (C#, .Net and Blazor preferred), Windows based OS (Windows 10 and higher is preferred), Microsoft Visual Studio (2019 version or higher), and ASCII interfaces. Requires knowledge and experience with: media file types including WAV, MP3 and MP4; XML, JSON, and BSON documents; and, NoSQL and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
Minimum Education:
B.S. degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. Additional education, training, certifications, or work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree or work experience at the Government's discretion.
