ManTech is looking for a Program Analyst to support our contract with Program Manager Ground Weapons Systems. ManTech is responsible for assisting our Government customers to ensure that material solutions developed or acquired by Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) are system engineered, integrated, interoperable, and certified to provide the warfighter with equipment required to accomplish their mission. To do that, ManTech assists our customer to conduct the detailed systems engineering analysis, establishes technical policies and guidance across the Command, and manage the technical investigation and distributed planning required to deliver world class Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) systems capabilities to the warfighter.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with SMEs to review, assess, and develop recommendations for DoD related system equipment acquired throughout the enterprise
- Familiar with ammunition, explosives, and weapons systems
- Work with MCSC teams to generate and track comments, issues, and risks
- Serves as technical editor of briefings and documents
- Coordinate participation in relevant decision forums and manages program action tracker
- Assists in the generation of Acquisition Documentation for Milestones B and C
- Writes data governance plans and policy letters
- Manages schedules in Microsoft Project
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and at least 4 years of related experience to include the following: (Additional 2 years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree)
- Experience with coordinating and collecting hundreds of standards on a quarterly basis within a diverse customer organization
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, while keeping senior leadership informed regarding status and issues related to IT Standards
- Experience preparing and/or maintaining technical systems or program documentation
- At least three (3) years' experience in support of DoD programs having the Integrated
- Defense AT&L Life cycle Management Framework, and experience with ensuring adherence to master plans and schedules, and developing solutions to program problems are required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience coordinating responses to defense agency data calls preferred
- Understanding of DoD 5000.85 Major Capability Acquisition, preferred
- Management of Integrated Master Schedules/Integrated Government Schedules, preferred
- Understanding of the Risk Management Process, preferred
- Experience supporting DoD technical working groups, including recording minutes and action items, preferred
- Knowledge of Risk Recon Database
- Understands artillery platforms and systems
