- Coordinate with DoD, or other appropriate civilian personnel to maintain awareness of various resource and human capital programs such as advancement, acquisition training and certification and other general training requirements.
- Coordinate internally with Government personnel and externally with organizational and external with strategic needs regarding the assignment of civilian personnel.
- Assist in civilian performance management by providing guidance and logistical support.
- Coordinate civilian position advertisements for final submission and approval to post; and work with OHR for external posting of position.
- Coordinate all civilian position interviews.
- Track all incoming civilian personnel and communicate all on-boarding logistical information prior to arrival.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies to ensure resources are competitive for targeted awards, and ensure format and quality standards are met; as well as timely submission of award write-ups.
- Review and coordinate award submissions, provide guidance to managers, and provide periodic statistical reports to the Government.
- Support outbound actions to include, but not limited to, initiating out- processing form, coordinating decorations and changing of rating official.
- Coordinate all onboarding and off boarding requirements. Track and maintain onboarding and off boarding records of personnel.
- Gather and track status of all new hires to ensure seamless onboarding transition.
- Coordinate badge and account requests for all new hires.
- Submit IT account requests on a weekly basis for inbound and newly arrived resources.
- Provide new hires with onboarding information sheets and checklist.
- Provide off boarding support to resources and provide assistance with checkout sheet.
- Update onboarding and off boarding checklists and information sheets on a monthly basis.
- Evaluate, task, consolidate and deliver HR related TIER action responses.
- Generate and deliver resource reports and organizational charts on a monthly basis.
- Generate, coordinate approval, and submit military hiring documentation, including availability checks, requisitions and assignment acknowledgement forms.
- Compile and coordinate submission of award nominations. Generate and deliver resource packages, which comply with award package guidance.
Competencies:
Detail-oriented and organized with project management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Education Required: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business or similar degree or at least 4 years of equivalent work experience.
Relevant Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in human resources including at least 4 years experience providing support to the NRO. Must have experience with IC and DOD personnel policies, regulations, and procedures. Strong knowledge and experience with HRIS and other commonly used onboarding software.
