SRG is seeking an experienced Cyber Persona Planner / Analyst to join our team of Cyber Operation Analysts, Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support the planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of cyberspace operations in support of aligned combatant command and designated sub-unified commands. This includes a deep understanding and experience in employing available cyberspace capabilities and creating future cyberspace capabilities.

The candidate should demonstrate the ability to review, analyze, and operationalize tactical and operational-level Cyber directives. An active/in tolerance TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance will be required for access to the place of performance, system account creation to perform the tasks, and access to classified data.

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Cyber Persona Planner / Analyst , you will perform the following functions:
• Develop, create, disseminate, and deliver content/observables into the information environment to achieve operational objectives.
• Analyze, track, and understand the information environment, specifically in the cyber-persona layer of cyberspace.
• Analyze, track, and understand targets and target audience segments to support planning for cyber and information operations.
• Gain, maintain, and employ social engineering tradecraft
• Gain, maintain, and employ working knowledge of relevant culture, language, geography, history, and other societal factors.
• Analyze an individual's elements of personality through DISC or the 5-Factor Model (OCEAN/CANOE) methodology.
• Analyze psychosocial needs, elements of personal history, likes/dislikes, culture, religion, and personal proclivities of a conversational counterpart.
• Build a step-by-step interpersonal communications/engagement plan incorporating needs, personal history, elements of personality, and likes/dislikes to approach an online counterpart.
• Understand and deliberately utilize proprietary rapport-building strategies and techniques to create needs-based relationships of trust with a conversational counterpart.
• Build an effective and highly credible cross-platform social media presence to engage conversational counterparts from specific demographics.
• Utilize persuasive communication techniques to influence conversational counterparts.
• Maneuver effectively in social media to build a credible online presence in specific virtual/online spaces.

Required qualifications.
• TS/SCI with counterintelligence polygraph.
• 10 years recent (since 2010) work experience in the following work roles (or a combination of the following that totals a minimum of 10 years recent work experience), listed in order of preference:
o Cyber persona operations
o Human intelligence analysis or operations
o Information Operations
o Signals intelligence analysis
o All-source intelligence analysis


Desired qualifications.
• Has completed the Joint Information Operations Planner's Course (JIOPC) or equivalents such as Intermediate Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Information Operations Planner's Course (IMIOPC), the Advanced MAGTF IO Planner's Course, or Army Deception Planner's Course (ADPC) and Army's IO Planner's Course (AIOPC).
