IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT PROCESS & AUTOMATION ARCHITECT

TA1-DISA

Summary:

This role involves providing IT Service Management Process Support and IT Service Management Communication Support with an emphasis on automation.

Duties/Responsibilities

§ Works directly with client to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

§ Coordinates with client and stakeholder to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible to fulfill client needs.

§ Tracks project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.

§ Provide monthly reports to client.

§ Attends engineering panels, working groups and leadership meetings with the accountability for recording minutes to include attendees, insights, action items, and development of technical strategy and insights.

§ Assist in maintaining the Enterprise ACE & CEP SharePoint portals as needed.

§ Develop and maintain Enterprise reports and trending to provide information on automation processes to benefit business units, management, and customers.

§ Manage Integration Hub for Automation

§ Establishes and maintains the Agency (DISA) Automation Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to track automation capabilities, identify redundancy, waste, and build efficiencies within programs and operations.

§ Coordinates and collects automation and orchestration efforts and tracks technologies in a centrally managed inventory, with budget control and priority adjudication under the Agency (DISA) Automation Center of Excellence (ACE).

§ Reviews, updates, and staff's Agency (DISA) Automation Strategy as directed to provide direction and agreement across Operational and Programmatic integration and management.

· Ensures that Agency (DISA) Automation is integrated within Enterprise Architecture to support architectural framework management across the agency.

· Provides subject matter expertise to analyze existing processes to identify and prioritize areas to implement automation. Provide knowledge and expertise in the following areas.

I. Analyzes business processes, identifies automation opportunities, assesses automation feasibility, drafts, and monitors use cases.

II. Conduct analysis to identify automation potential, return on investment (ROI) and other benefits to support recommendations on automation.

III. Generate solutions regarding platforms and/or enabling technology that deliver necessary automation for identified workflows.

IV. Engagement with stakeholder. Work with Customer base to understand their needs and ensure the ACE delivers high-quality products that meet end-user requirements.

Experience/Years of Relevant Experience:

Required Experience: 10+ years.

Required Skill Sets

§ SharePoint Online

§ Automation tools such as UiPath

§ Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

§ Visual Baisc (VB) Macros

§ Microsoft Project Online

§ MS Excel

§ MS Teams

Education/Certificates:

· Bachelor's degree (If candidate does not have Bachelor's, total IT experience from 14-16 years

· No minimum certificates

Clearance:

· Security Clearance: Secret.

Location: 6619 Mapes Road, Fort Meade, MD 20755

· Fort Meade, MD (telework (in DMV only) 3 days on site per two weeks' pay period.
