RiverTech is providing aircrew support to Air Mobility Command flying squadrons. The focus of this work is to support the non-flying tasks in flying squadrons that were traditionally performed by aircrew members as additional administrative duties. RiverTech is providing the personnel and support to accomplish the flying squadron's objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Performs set-up, maintenance, and restoration on EFB devices (iOS/Apple Products), to include:
  • Device activation
  • Device/application password reset.
  • Device/application unlock.
  • Initiates lost mode/device retrieval.
  • Performs set-up, maintenance, and restoration functions on End User Stand Alone (EUSA) devices, to include:
    • Facilitates EUSA device set-up IAW the MDM provider and configuration profile provided by HQ AMC EFB Program Office.
    • Initiates EUSA device operating system updates as approved by DISA, and configuration profile provided by HQ AMC EFB Program Office.
    • Reviews audit logs for unauthorized access and/or configuration changes.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience troubleshooting and loading software on computers and servers.
  • Must have experience working with products using iOS (Apple) operating system software.
  • Must have a minimum of a high school degree or GED is required.
  • Must have an active Secret Security Clearance

Desired Qualification:
  • Experience with flight operations and Electronic Flight Bag devices (desired).

  • AFSC - 1C0XX, 1XXX-Operations; 1A0X1-Boom Operator, 1A1X1-Flight Engineer, 1A6X1-Flight Attendant and 1A2X1 - Loadmaster.
  • USA MOS - 15XX.
  • USMC MOS - 60XX, 61XX, 62XX, 73XX, 75XX.
  • NEC D0XX, G5XX; 8235/8251/8251-Flight Engineer.
  • USN Officer 13XX.
