What You Will Be Doing:
- Defining accessibility standards, consulting with development teams about improving accessibility, and providing surge support to the development teams as needed.
- Using User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) skills to design and shape Human Centered Design (HCD) products and experiences.
- Creating and designing web elements that optimize user interaction and experience.
- Collaborating to define solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Implementing solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Identifying design problems and devising solutions.
- Implementing user friendly solutions to simplify complex design roadblocks.
- Building wireframes and storyboards to conceptualize design.
- Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Managing and tracking requirements through the team's JIRA site.
- Implementing customer design standards and creating templates for reuse.
- Supporting user experience and user interface enhancement requirements.
- Assessing, monitoring, developing, reporting, and coordinating a comprehensive accessibility program plan for the office.
- Tracking of various accessibility improvement activities
- Recommending future initiatives.
- Developing enhanced testing producers.
