Responsibilities
The Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) will provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. The successful TTA candidate will leverage critical thinking to identify information of interest, as well as develop follow-on collection. All team members are expected to positively support a blended government and contractor team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA
Required Qualifications
- Must possess an active, current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph;
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted in lieu of degree;
- 6+ years of experience across technical competencies, such as: analysis, network engineering, network security, vulnerability assessment, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, cyber operations, and/or computer exploitation;
- 3+ cumulative years of experience across multiple INTs;
- Proven cyber experience, including SIGINT development (SIGDEV) background;
- Capable of independently evaluating data and identifying information of strategic importance to report;
- Relevant foreign language proficiency in speaking, reading, and/or listening;
- Experience drafting specific types of intelligence reports and coordinating analyses across organizations;
- Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues;
- Solid organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements
Desired Qualifications
- 11+ years of experience across technical competencies, such as: analysis, network engineering, network security, vulnerability assessment, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, cyber operations, and/or computer exploitation;
- 7+ cumulative years of experience across multiple INTs;
- Familiarity with critical technologies;
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically
