As Sr. Program Manager, you'll lead cross-functional teams specializing in architecture development, solutions, and data analysis, informing the architecture and implementation of business processes, programs, plans and guidance for DOD logistics systems.

What you'll do:
  • Oversee the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities
  • Seek and develop outside funding sources, serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters, and provide day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.
  • Develop work breakdown structures, prepare charts, tables, graphs and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems
  • Be the primary point of contact to the government Program Office on all contractual and operational tasks.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance
  • Master's Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years overall Program Management experience.
  • 7+ years' experience managing programs or portfolio of programs in excess of $25M/year in revenue.
  • 7+ years' experience with operational and technical requirements management for enterprise level logistics systems.
  • 7+ years' experience in a network operations or IT operations center. infrastructure, and emerging technologies
  • 3+ years' experience overseeing Agile software development.
  • You currently hold the following certifications: Program Management Professional, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (or Certified Information Security Manger), and ITIL4 - ITIL Managing Professional
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
