ManTech's Digital Practice is seeking an experienced Senior Capture Manager to lead our efforts in securing transformative opportunities within the federal market. This role is critical to expanding our momentum as a leader in digital transformation. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities that align with company growth strategies, building overall bid and capture win strategies, and executing them to maximize success. The ideal candidate will have the determination and expertise to deliver strategic solutions and drive activities that win new business. Success in this role is defined by crafting effective strategies and executing plans that lead to measurable wins. This position is remote with occasional travel required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leveraging understanding of client strategies, organizational structures, and key decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
- Engaging across the Defense Industrial Base and professional networks to build and maintain our partner portfolio while expanding market intelligence and knowledge
- Developing and presenting clear business cases with defensible rationale at gate reviews to internal stakeholders across the organization for opportunities of varying size, scope, and complexity.
- Creating and executing comprehensive capture strategies, including developing key artifacts such as: Overall Win Strategy, Customer and Competitor Assessments, Win Themes and Value Propositions, Past Performance and Technical Capability Analyses, Solution Overviews (Technical/Management/Staffing/Key Personnel), Price-to-Win (PTW), Cost and Price.
- Managing the lifecycle progression of assigned opportunities through ManTech's Business Acquisition Process (BAP).
- Defining resource plans of varying complexity and aligning ManTech's enterprise resources to meet capture objectives.
- Leading capture and pursuit teams to execute activities and achieve major milestones for assigned opportunities.
- Conducting business intelligence activities and building detailed competitive analyses, incorporating mitigation and/or ghosting strategies for top competitors.
- Performing win/loss analysis to continuously refine capture processes and improve performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of capture management experience in the federal market space, successfully managing and winning opportunities in varying size, scope, and complexity.
- Demonstrated capability and experience leading capture opportunities exceeding $50M in value.
- In-depth understanding of government procurement processes and contracting vehicles across the federal market.
- Strong track record of developing customer relationships, shaping opportunities, and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining iterative capture plans for assigned opportunities.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to anticipate challenges while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to gain internal support and operate independently.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

- APMP Certification(s)
- TS or TS/SCI Clearance
Security Clearance Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in stationary position for up to 50% of the time.
- Must be able to deliver clear and effective communication both verbally and non-verbally to deliver updates; briefings; or interface with co-workers; leadership; customers.
- Must be able to work in an office environment and be able to freely move within this space to utilize office equipment as well as interface with co-workers and customers.
- Must be able to effectively use IT peripherals such as laptop, desktop, printer, etc.
