Inserso Corporation, a fast-growing 500+ person company, is seeking a Lead Program Manager with a TS/SCI clearance to support the DoD. The Lead Program Manager will be responsible for the contract technical and management direction, submission of reports, and general support and coordination to the Functional Area Leads. The Lead Program Manager shall be fully authorized to direct and supervise day-to-day activities of the contractor personnel needed to meet contract requirements.
This key personnel opening is contingent based upon award.
Required Qualifications:
• TS clearance with /SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer sciences, or related field required.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Demonstrated experience as a program manager (preferred minimum of10 years of experience).
• Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication, preferred this ability with the highest levels of management.
• Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Information Management operations, and with ITSM best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing service desk or sales efforts.
• Demonstrated experience in a DOD IT environment.
• Experience managing performance-based contracts and/or task orders and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
Physical and/or Mental Qualifications:
Outstanding communication skills in both formal and informal formats with customers, stakeholders, and technical specialists.
