Job Description
Our client is seeking a skilled Technical Security Counter Measure\n(TSCM) Technician to work on government installations, scanning for\nunauthorized networks (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth) to safeguard national\nsecurity.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\n\n\t* Conduct routine inspections of office spaces to detect and\nneutralize unauthorized surveillance threats.\n\t* Follow established TSCM protocols and standards to ensure thorough\ninspections.\n\t* Accurately document all inspection activities and findings.\n\t* Maintain detailed records and logs of daily operations, ensuring\nclarity and completeness.\n\t* Present clear, concise briefings on inspection results during\noperational meetings and staff updates.\n\t* Prepare written reports in the PFPA-SSD report format within five\ndays of investigation, detailing findings and recommendations.\n\t* Operate and manage advanced radio frequency monitoring equipment.\n\t* Analyze signal data, resolve detected anomalies, and maintain a\nsignals database for historical comparison of signal threats.\n\t* Provide guidance on neutralizing threat signals based on analysis\nfindings.\n\t* Conduct mobile device detection sweeps as mandated by PFPA.\n\t* Assist in TSCM investigations, including instrumented and physical\nsearches of all possible signal transmission mediums and communication\nnetwork systems.\n\t* Ensure compliance with DoD, IA-30, and PFPA policies governing the\nworkplace.\n\t* Complete mandatory training within the required timeframe.\n\t* Support the PFPA by coordinating and completing various business\nmatters proactively.\n\t* Adhere to the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan to ensure\nperformance standards are met.\n\t* Provide briefings to senior DoD executives and policy\ndecision-makers as required.\n\nMUST HAVE'S:\n\n\t* Completion of the Department of Defense TSCM Service School or\nInteragency Training Center Fundamentals Course.\n\t* A minimum of two (2) years of TSCM experience.\n\t* Active TS/SCI clearance.\n\t* Ability to work onsite at the Pentagon or other DoD facilities\nwithin the National Capital Region (NCR).\n\t* Valid driver's license without special restrictions.\n\nLOCATION: On-site work in Washington, D.C.\n\nSALARY: $120,000 - $165,000 \n\nBENEFITS: Competitive \n\n_Mission Box Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
