Location: Hybrid (Navy Yard or Laurel, MD)
Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance (TS/SCI preferred)

We are seeking a strong Security and Deployment Engineer to support our Navy customer in an exciting opportunity to implement a metadata management tool for Mission and Operational data. Candidates must be passionate, energized, and excited to work on modern architectures and solve challenging problems for our clients.

Proposed Pay Scale: $125,100-$160,200

Requirements:
- 5+ years of Security experience
- Strong experience in Data Analytics and Data Storage
- Experience in software deployments
- Strong Linux background and familiarity with best practices of infrastructure management
- Experience working with open-source data storage and processing technologies (Accumulo/Hadoop)
- Experience In Data analytics working with Elasticsearch
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker
Nice to Have:
- Kong service mesh
- Data distribution and monitoring (NiFi)
- Experience with load balancing tools such as NGINX
- Experience with AWS and other cloud vendors
