We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics/Material Controls specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials and products in and out of our facility, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that all shipments are delivered on time and in full.
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all inbound and outbound shipments
• Ensure that all shipments are properly labeled, packaged, and documented
• Track inventory levels and ensure that all materials are properly stored and accounted for
• Work closely with production teams to ensure that materials are available when needed
• Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics providers
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in logistics or material controls
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
