ManTech is seeking an Intelligence Systems Analyst to help support our current USMC contract out of Quantico, VA. The successful candidate will be joining a diverse team at an industry-leading organization known for prioritizing employee development and offering opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Track and manage operational events, deployments, and exercises to ensure effective intelligence support and coordination with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of USMC and Intelligence Community (IC) operations, capabilities, and resources.
- Identify opportunities to support the fleet with training and exercises and develop plans to execute these events.
- Coordinate with intelligence stakeholders to increase the usage of intelligence requirements management and dissemination tools and processes.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of intelligence engagements and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including USMC units, intelligence agencies, and other government organizations.
- Provide intelligence support and expertise to USMC units and staffs as required.
- Participate in planning and execution of exercises and deployments to ensure effective intelligence integration.
- Develop and maintain intelligence engagement plans, reports, and other documents as required.
- Work closely with intelligence data engineer Marines to ensure that their efforts are aligned with Marine Corps Intelligence requirements and priorities.
- Conduct engagement with Marine Corps and IC elements to promote the capabilities and services of intelligence data engineers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in USMC intelligence operations or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with information dissemination and coalition sharing.
- Ability to think outside the box and identify areas for improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior experience as an Intelligence Officer in the USMC or other military service
- Advanced knowledge of intelligence requirements management and dissemination tools and processes
- Strong understanding of Intelligence Community IC tools and analytical resources
