Qualifications:
• Active Secret clearance
• 5+ years of experience in DoD or Government budget roles, including tracking and reporting
current execution in a readable, easy to understand format
• 5+ years of performing detailed budget analysis providing solid, data informed options to senior
leaders
• Experience with Army or Joint budgets in a Resource Manager role with large complex budgets,
such as $50M+
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms, including BI and Apps
• Experience with creating Program Objective Memorandums (POMs)
• Experience with creating organizational Spend Plans
• Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM)
• Department of Defense Financial Management Certification Program Level II/III (DoDFMCP)
• 4+ years of experience with budget reporting through General Funds Enterprise Business System
(GFEBS)
• Experience managing both Army funds and Joint funds, and analyzing exercise budgets
• Joint Professional Military Education Phase I/II
