The Red Gate Group is seeking skilled All-Source Intelligence Analysts to support Special Operations Command South (SOCSOUTH). These analysts will play a pivotal role in employing advanced all-source intelligence methodologies to produce detailed, actionable intelligence products aligned with DIA standards. By gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data from classified and unclassified resources, you will support SOCSOUTH’s mission to address critical security challenges across the USSOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
This position offers the unique opportunity to influence U.S. national security strategies by delivering high-impact intelligence in four critical focus areas: Counterterrorism Analysis (CT), Counter-Transnational Organized Crime (CTOC), Malign State Influence (MSA), and Sensitive Activities (SA). Your work will directly inform the SOCSOUTH Commander, deployed units, and the broader Intelligence Community.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis on malign state actors, transnational threats, and violent extremist organizations to identify and mitigate risks within the USSOUTHCOM AOR.
Deliver intelligence products, including threat assessments, network analyses, and long-term security trend evaluations, in accordance with ICD 203 and ICD 206 standards.
Provide briefings and analytical updates to SOCSOUTH leadership and the Intelligence Community on critical security issues in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Develop actionable intelligence on drug trafficking networks, smuggling operations, and other transnational criminal activities impacting U.S. interests and regional stability.
Support SOCSOUTH’s Sensitive Activities (SA) program by integrating intelligence with operational planning, policy assessment, and real-world mission support.
Leverage advanced research methodologies and intelligence tools to maintain a dynamic operational picture and enhance situational awareness.
Participate in SME exchanges, conferences, and low-risk operations, with occasional travel to support SOCSOUTH engagements.
Qualifications
Active TS/SCI Clearance
8+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, U.S. government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence training.
Proven ability to author intelligence products adhering to ICD 203 and ICD 206 tradecraft standards.
Education:
HS diploma or GED with 12+ years of relevant experience, OR
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
