Description
WWC Global is seeking a Senior Analyst for an opening on a Department of Defense contract. The individual will serve in a senior role supporting the Air National Guard Plans and Programs Directorate. Candidates need an understanding of the organizational structure of the Air Force and Air National Guard. Candidates should have experience working in or with the US Air Force and be familiar with the roles of the National Guard under both Title 10 and Title 32.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Expected salary range: $86,000-$102,000
This position is temporary and will end on or about April 9, 2025 with a possible extension.

Candidates need an understanding of the organizational structure of the Air Force and Air National Guard. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Research, write, and provide succinct products on complex issues for use by senior leaders and decision makers. Products may be in the form of information papers, background papers, decision papers, or briefings.
- Prepare products to incorporate information relevant to the issue, that compare and contrast alternative solutions, and which take into consideration the strategic implications of the alternative courses of action.
- Review and analyze policy papers and then identify and explain any impact on the Air National Guard (ANG).
- Support the ANG Director's Action Group (DAG) and provide the Director of Air National Guard (DANG) with effective high-level leadership representation, coordination and communication with Headquarters Air Force (HAF), the National Guard Bureau, Air Force MAJCOMs, Joint Staffs and the States.
- Contribute to the development and revision of the ANG family of strategy documents.
- Provide recurring and surge support for processes such as: DANG, Deputy DANG, Associate DANG, Legislative Liaison information papers; USAF, ANG, NGB, and OSD Strategy, Planning and Programming Processes (SP3); DoD planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE); military manpower and force structure decision papers; and operational and contingency mission actions.
- Receive, analyze, disseminate, and track external and internal taskers using TMT, tracking tools, and other information request streams.

- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Current, active Secret security clearance.
- 5-8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and present them in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience working at or with the headquarters level of a military service.
- Experience briefing senior leaders.
- Experience with utilizing the Task Management Tool (TMT), Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS), Staff Action Control and Coordination Program (SACCP) or similar information management system.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. WWC Global will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree.
- Graduate of Professional Military Education.
- Understanding of the Air National Guard Strategic Planning System (SPS).
- Familiarity with the phases of DoD's PPBE system and the responsibilities o the services in building a program and budget.
- Knowledge of functions and missions of the Air National Guard.
- Knowledge of the Air Force strategic documents and Total Force Integration (TFI) initiatives.
