Basic Qualifications:
- This position requires at least 8 years of applicable technical work experience coupled with Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience leading team projects
- Experience with C# and the .Net Framework.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Experience building multi-tier web applications.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Experience with the Agile software development process.
- Ability to use logic, analytical thinking, imagination, proactive approach, and initiative to solve problems.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Must be open to a hybrid work schedule. Ideally with weekly on-site workdays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 + years of development experience
- Experience mentoring team members
- Ability to interpret and translate technical and/or complex concepts into information meaningful to team members and/or business personnel.
- Experience with architecting enterprise solutions based on web services.
- Strong experience with CSS and HTML5.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, Vue or REACT.
- Experience building responsive web applications.
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience building RESTful Web Services.
- Experience with source control (e.g., GIT, SVN).
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Experience with unit and integration test automation.
- Experience with the Microservice architecture.
