*** This role will be onsite at Camp Kinser & Okinawa, Japan area. ***

This position compiles and records production data for industrial establishments to compare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of production.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Production Control Clerk: Pay commensurate with experience.

Production Control Clerk Responsibilities Include:
  • Writes production reports based on data compiled, tabulated and computed, following prescribed formats.
  • Calculates such factors as types and quantities of items produced, materials used, amount of scrap, frequency of defects, and worker and department production rates, using a computer, calculator, and/or spreadsheets.
  • Maintains files of documents used and prepared.
  • Compiles detailed production sheets or work tickets for use by production workers as guides in assembly or manufacture of products.
  • Prepares written work schedules based on established guidelines and priorities.
  • Compiles material inventory records and prepares requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies charts production using chart, graph, or pegboard based on statistics compiled for reference by production and management personnel.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Production Control Clerk Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Minimum of one (1) years' experience with documented training (either with the Contractor or by validation of qualifying factors to include documented prior military experience and training) Preferred in Aviation Maintenance Production Control.
  • Proficient in performing a variety of clerical tasks including document preparation, data entry, file management, and maintaining organized records.
  • Demonstrates expertise in Microsoft Word for creating, formatting, and editing professional documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Skilled in using Excel to manage data, create spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate reports using formulas and pivot tables.
  • Experienced in utilizing PowerPoint to design engaging presentations, incorporate multimedia elements, and effectively communicate ideas and information to various audiences.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
