IT Support Technician

Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, needs a hybrid IT Support Technician for a full-time position. The IT Support Technician will be providing level 2 support for a large financial investment firm.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of IT Support experience supporting Windows environments
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac operating systems
• Ability to work 3 days a week onsite in San Francisco
• Be apart of rotation for on-call support as needed
• Experience working with Windows operating systems in Azure cloud environment.

Preferred or Nice to Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science related field.
• Experience restoring system outages
• Experience of video conference technologies including Webex, Zoom, and Teams
• Windows 11, Outlook, Office 365, and SharePoint troubleshooting experience
• Basic Active Directory Administration
• Experience with Lenovo equipment including desktops and laptops
• Exposure to MFA Solutions, MDM Systems, of Microsoft Endpoint Management
• Basic IT Infrastructure fundamentals including networks and servers
• Windows certifications
