Work You'll Do

The mission of this role is to enable the delivery and sustainment of secure and resilient capabilities to end-users and international partners quickly and cost-effectively. This position will support priorities including rapidly responding to needs, modernizing critical deterrents, executing acquisition reforms, sustaining critical systems, collaborating with emerging partners, and ensuring the industrial base is robust, secure, resilient, and innovative. The position also supports the mission of ensuring robust, secure, resilient, and innovative industrial capabilities upon which the organization can rely in an era of great power competition to fulfill current and future requirements.
  • Support project management activities and act as a point of contact with client executives.
  • Engage in regular interaction and communications with the Government Contracting Officer (CO) and delegated government representatives.
  • Identify, analyze, and utilize data on the industrial base to increase visibility and direct strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze market trends and industrial base capacity to improve future assessments and investments for building industrial base resilience long-term.
  • Enhance the strength of strategic and critical materials supply chains and policies.
  • Review past and present policies, oversight mechanisms, and other authorities to determine how the organization can more effectively incentivize its supplier base.
  • Assume responsibility for project delivery and oversight of key business enablers on projects.
  • Identify needs for new tools and manage business solutions.
  • Delegate appropriate resources and foster quality assurance principles across projects and deliverables.
  • Improve processes and productivity, as well as align systems.
  • Provide a framework for project activities, set milestones, and provide a clear team vision.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Secret Clearance.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in conducting analysis to support investment and financial decisions for large international corporations.
  • Experience in tracking trends, identifying risks to the organization and the larger economy, and proposing mitigating solutions, including changes in policies, establishing market incentives, and potential investment strategies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification techniques.
  • Understanding of supply chain risk management practices and the ability to use research tools to conduct value chain analysis.
  • Ability to advise the client on future risk mitigation strategies based on identified risks through the supply chain due diligence process.
  • Master's degree in Business, Math, Statistics, Finance, or Applied Economics preferred.
