Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Software Developer to support our work with a federal client. This is a hybrid role in Colorado Springs, CO, requiring you to spend a portion of the time onsite. This position is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.

In this role, you will:
- Lead the design and development of multiple applications for a large-scale Federal IT Program using Java/Spring-based REST APIs, alongside a Web 2.0 framework and a continuous integration environment.
- Be responsible for developing Java/Spring solutions, as well as leading teams of software developers in implementing solutions and conducting detailed design reviews.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have:
- 8+ years of hands-on development experience, including at least 6+ years of Java/Spring development experience
- Significant experience with developing applications using the Java Spring framework
- Experience using Java development tools (e.g., Eclipse, JUnit, Git)
- 3+ years of work experience with web development technologies (JavaScript, JSP, HTML, JSP, etc.)
- 3+ years experience in developing using Agile Scrum methodologies
Preferred Skills:
- 6+ years experience with Java development tools (e.g., Eclipse, JUnit, Git)
- Experience with building enterprise applications using Java/Spring
- Detailed understanding and experience in developing using agile scrum methodologies
- Experience with designing database schema and SQL
Salary: $125,000 - $135,000, Dependent on Experience
