Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking an Automation Engineer to support our work with a federal client. This is a hybrid role in Colorado Springs, CO, requiring you to spend a portion of the time onsite. This position is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.

In this role, you will:
- Work closely with developers, professional services teams, and product managers to define the automated testing components used to validate requirements against developed software.
- Conduct automation results analysis and generate automation result reports.
- Be responsible for Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing phases.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on automated test coding experience using Java (or development experience with C++ or C#)
- Experience with Selenium and/or Cucumber
- Experience with Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing
- Active Final Secret Security Clearance
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Open Source Automated Test Frameworks (e.g., Serenity, Selenium, Cucumber)
- Experience using Java development tools (e.g., Eclipse, JUnit, Git)
- Prior experience with front-end development, including JavaScript frameworks
- Experience in a large-scale Federal IT Program
- Experience with SAFe Agile delivery
