Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Mid Java Developer to support our work with a federal client. This is a hybrid role in Columbia, MD, requiring you to spend a portion of the time onsite. This position is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.

In this role, you will:
- Develop web and backend applications/services for credentialing/asset management systems using Java/Spring-based REST APIs, along with a Web 2.0 framework and a continuous integration environment.
- Work with a team of developers building next-generation customer engagement systems for federal service agencies.
- Be responsible for creating and implementing software solutions using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Java.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have:
- 3+ years of Java development experience to build enterprise applications
- 1+ year of experience using Java development tools (e.g., Eclipse, JUnit, Git)
- Active Final Secret Security Clearance
- 1+ year of experience developing with AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a large-scale Federal IT Program
- Experience with SAFe Agile delivery framework
Salary: $105,000 - $118,000, Dependent on Experience
