Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Java Developer (Entrust) to support our work with a federal client. This is a hybrid role in Columbia, MD, requiring you to spend a portion of the time onsite. This position is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.
Candidates must have an ACTIVE Final Secret Security Clearance.

In this role, you will:
- Work on the design and development of backend applications and services for a Federal IT Program.
- Help develop and implement Java/Spring-based solutions, as well as conducting detailed design reviews.
- Focus on building next-generation customer engagement systems for federal service agencies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of hands-on development experience, including 3+ years of Java/Spring development experience
- 3+ years developing enterprise solutions using the Java Spring framework
- Detailed understanding of database schema design/SQL
- Active Final Secret Security Clearance
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Entrust Toolkit for Java
- Experience in a large-scale Federal IT Program
- 3+ years developing using Agile Scrum methodologies
