Technical Targeter and RF Analyst

As a Te chn ical Targeter and RF Analyst, you know that understanding the adversaries' tactics, te chn iques, and procedures are cru cia l to the intel that enables the success of mission owners. At Booz Allen, you can apply your vulnerability analysis, network mapping, exploitation, and your spe cia lized expertise in Signals Intelligence ( SIGINT ) and RF communications experience to execute offensive cyber operations that inform our nation's most critical security missions.
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a Te chn ical Targeter and RF Analyst, you use your spe cia lized expertise in Signals Intelligence ( SIGINT ) and your attention to detail to develop access leads and products to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. This is a chance to define your expertise as you develop new skills incorporating raw, often time-sensitive intelligence paired with a multitude of platforms and tools enabling you to affect the targeting narrative or picture. You will be with a team of teams where you will share your skills, expertise, and hunger for solutions with other analysts. From project discovery to influencing mission stakeholders, you'll solve complex problems that have an end-to-end impact on our nation.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with signals intelligence analysis
- Experience with communications and weapon s te chn ologies
- Experience with so cia l network analysis, network exploitation, and target development
- Experience in a high-paced telecommunications and signals analysis environment
- Knowledge of all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, and HUMINT
- Knowledge of RF and satellite communications protocols and technologies and te chn ical analysis tools and methodologies
- Ability to read and process all-source intelligence reports and implement directives, as presented daily
- Ability to parse, research, analyze, and fuse complex data sets and generate leads to advance dynamic objectives collection and analysis
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with the targeting life cycle or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with the targeting life cycle
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Communication Intelligence ( COMINT ) , Electronic Intelligence ( ELINT ) , or PROFORMA te chn ical analysis
- Knowledge of telecommunications networks, including evolving trends and te chn ologies
- Knowledge of the latest developments in SIGINT processing, computer protocols, and communications te chn ologies
- Ability to lead teams of highly te chn ical SIGINT analysts to apply increasingly complex tradecraft to solve hard intelligence problems
