Sr All Source Intelligence Analyst

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC is seeking Senior All Source Intelligence Analysts to support a contract in Mexico City. The selected candidate will take on responsibilities such as advising on counter-TCO operations, conducting comprehensive intelligence research, identifying gaps in information, assessing TCO threats, and collaborating with various mission partners. The selected candidate's responsibilities will include the following:

• Fulfill duties commensurate with that of a senior staff officer within the IAC
• Advise on full spectrum all domain whole-of-government execution of counter-TCO operations
• Perform systematic and detailed multi-source intelligence research of traditional and non-traditional sources of information to illuminate highly adaptable TCO threats in the AOR
• Identify intelligence gaps and initiate action across the interagency for the collection of information to fill identified gaps
• Assess TCO networks threats methods, procedures, and trends, and recommend the subsequent decisions and actions to counter such threats
• Identify and communicate unique, relevant collection requirements to fill intelligence gaps in information and recommend intelligence gathering procedures and practices to fulfill those gaps
• Manage, route, and leverage classified information, materials, databases, and products
• Prepare and submit requests for information (RFI) via unclassified and classified systems
• Coordinate and collaborate on intelligence projects with mission partners, including U.S. Embassy and Consulate officials, and with higher headquarters

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

• This is an onsite Sr Intel Analyst position is located in Mexico City, Mexico.
• Active DOD Top Secret/SCI security clearance required
• U.S. citizenship required
• Must demonstrate fluency in technical and conversational Spanish (DLPT Level 2+), with the ability to translate between English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or additional years of relevant experience in lieu of 4 year degree
• At least 10 years' demonstrated experience in All Source Intelligence Analysis for DoD
• Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills necessary to conduct senior level drafting, editing, review, and presentation of JTF-N all source-intelligence products on Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCOs) and their activities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Palantir, TAC, Mobile Awareness GEOINT Environment (MAGE), and i2 Analyst's Notebook
