TGG is seeking a Strategic Planner to join our team. This role will participate in joint planning groups, operations planning teams, and B2C2WGs as required. Candidate will execute and analyze continuous scans of the global strategic and operational environments to advise whether desired campaign effects are being achieved and support development of operations, activities, and actions in support of execution of USSTRATCOM campaigns and contingency operations.

Qualifications:

Executes and analyzes continuous scans of the global strategic and operational environment to determine if desired campaign effects are being achieved.
• Supports analysis and development of Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) to facilitate assessment of Campaign Plan 8000-18 and the Global Campaign Plan (GCP) series of plans.
• Collects relevant and timely data to include scanning of intelligence sources, open-source publications, and HQ, component, and Task Force inputs.
• Executes assessment tasks during command Tier-1 level global exercises.
• Creates Risk of Deterrence Failure (RoSDF) assessments for combatant command exercises. Provides RoSDF assessments to Commander during exercises.
• Supports USSTRATCOM/J35 operations planning teams in developing exercise Agile Commander's Estimates.
• Must have 7+ years of CCMD experience with the Joint Strategic Planning System and a mixture of experience in political science or international relations from a geopolitical perspective with a firm grasp of strategic and military risk.
• Must have 3+ years of experience as an action officer with knowledge of Joint staff and CCMD planning, staffing and tasking processes; DoD operational and strategic assessment experience; or experience conducting mission analysis, developing objectives, effects/measures of effectiveness, tasks/measures of performance, and indicators.
• An advanced degree in International Relations or Comparative Politics is desirable.
