Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Army Operational Energy Data Model, SME for a full time opportunity to support our DoD client in the Washington, DC area. This role will be staffed as a remote location employee, with onsite (ManTech) office opportunities available.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Capture the multiple variables, data elements and DoD organizations (Services) for multiple platforms and environments to support operational energy processes for energy use, delivery, and storage
- Researches and analyzes multiple Service fuel logistics operations to include reporting methods to provide recommendations for training event development and feedback
- Identifies issues and develops recommendations, and coordinating action with project team and client
- Analyzes, evaluates, and advises on technical opportunities for client regarding operational energy research and development projects
- Creates and coordinates inputs and recommendations for technical report inputs, analytic recommendations and technical reviews from stakeholders and client
- Orchestrates coordination between stakeholders, end users and technical teams
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years of US Army operational and technical experience
- Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree, or, equivalent years of experience and education may be substituted on a case-by-case basis
- Ability to work with stakeholders and project team remotely
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of software applications/suites such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Travel requirements less than 10%
Preferred Qualifications:
- US Army Headquarters experience (5+ years) to include special missions, ground and aircraft logistics and operations processes and procedures
- College degree (Master of Science or higher)
- Senior US Army / Joint leadership experience (Warrant Officer and above)
- US Army petroleum systems expertise (8+ years)
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Able to communicate professionally with ManTech employees and ManTech clients
