Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create fully developed project schedules using the Microsoft Project and Agile schedules using Jira
- Create quality slide decks based on projects for senior leadership presentation
- Coordinate the engineering, integration, and administration function required to deliver capabilities and services to the enterprise
- Ensure that all aspects of the projects are completed and delivered according to the implementation plan and schedule
- Lead the exploration of emerging technologies by arranging demonstrations, providing technical evaluations, and input to the customer's roadmap development
- Coordinate the build-out and testing of sophisticated applications and tools in a virtual and physical environment
- Manage the engineering, integration, and administration support required for successful delivery of capabilities and services to the operational and engineering baseline
- Manage incident/request ticket queues through ServiceNow and various ticket platforms
- Manage, utilize, evaluate, and update all engineer instruction sets and SOPs
- Attend weekly customer and corporate meetings and track action items to completion
- Coordinate and assign tasks in aiding the Program/Project engineers in testing and implementing future enhancements
- Operate and multitask in a dynamic high tempo environment
- Perform work duties in a government environment as part of a multi-contractor team
- Support integration of systems applications and tools within the Cyber Data Platform
- Identify potential conflicts with implementation of any cybersecurity tools within the enterprise and develops recommendations to remediate these conflicts
- Manage Tier 1-4 support to the customer to include troubleshooting and resolution of issues for the EITA and DCO
- Manage and track the tasks, projects, and priorities across multiple program areas
- Manage and lead the resources across the program areas to meet mission and vision requirements in the most efficient manner possible
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of cyber experience
- Experience leading a small to medium sized team
- Knowledge of security technologies such as vulnerability management and log monitoring
- Knowledge of the latest cyber security principles, techniques, and protocols
- Ability to effectively interact with various levels of senior management as necessary to clearly articulate ideas for executive level and technical staff consumption
- Ability to demonstrate understanding and appropriate application of DoD/IC policy and cybersecurity technical guidance to information systems
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team, share workloads, and deal with sudden shifts in project priorities
- DoD Directive 8140.1 IAT Level II or higher certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum in Jira and Confluence
- Experience with virtualization and cloud environments
- Experience with ICD-503 of Risk Management Framework knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of system design and integration experience
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI w/ a CI polygraph
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
