Description
SAIC has an opening for Program Manager to support SAIC and our prime SRC in execution of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Computer Network Defense (CND) contract. This is a Hybrid Remote position that requires weekly visits to the customer site located in No. Charleston, SC.
Ideal candidate for this position is someone with superior communication skills with the ability to express themselves concisely and coherently verbally and in writing. Candidate must be capable of effectively interacting with our SAIC customer, IPT Lead, COR and our Prime Program Manager and must be effective at multi-tasking and able to operate in a dynamic, highly fluid and demanding environment.
Responsibilities include:
Travel: Anticipated travel is up to 10%, both CONUS and OCONUS. Candidate must have or be able to obtain a US Passport.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage day to day contract requirements and complete contract deliverables in a timely manner with attention to detail.
- Provide onsite support as necessary for government meetings, program management reviews (PMRs), and deep dives while also maintaining a SIPR Account.
- Maintain close relationships with SAIC personnel on the team and with Prime Program Manager to include daily interactions and collaborations to meet contract objectives.
- Supervise and direct project team personnel with SAIC and Contract required activities to include time charging, travel coordination, expense reports, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, recruitment, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Perform the following activities for SAIC personnel on contract:
- Submit On-Boarding/Off-Boarding tickets in SWAT database for new and terminating employees.
- Request and track NMCI software/hardware in CITY and RDTE software/hardware in EMS as necessary while maintaining Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) tracking spreadsheet.
- Submit and track contractor travel requirements, including use of the NS IPTs SharePoint. Work with Project Analyst and Travel Arranger to quote and book travel, review and approve expense reports, draft and coordinate SPOT LOAs (Letter of Authorization) with foreign travel coordinator, and draft and review Trip Report deliverable.
- Submit Visit Requests required to access government facilities.

Qualifications
Education and experience:
- Bachelors and five (5) years or more professional experience; Masters and three (3) years of experience; years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Required skills:
- Familiarity with NIWC LANT processes and procedures to include SWAT on-boarding/off-boarding tickets, CITY and EMS databases, and base and lab access requirements.
- Experience managing priorities and workflow to meet multiple project deadlines.
- Proven leadership and business acumen skills with ability to work with all levels of management while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills with the ability to make timely and sound decisions a must.
- Ability to interact with varying stakeholders, employees, and management in a professional manner.
Required clearance:
- Active Secret Clearance required to start and will require a Top Secret Clearance upgrade after on-boarding. Higher clearances accepted.
Desired Experience/Certification:
- Knowledge and experience working with the Network Security Integrated Product Team (NS IPT) Computer Network Defense (CND) program.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of working in DoD environment.
- Security certification to include one of the following desired: CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, OR GCIH.
