One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Compliance Consultant to join our team in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in process improvement, regulatory compliance, and analytical consulting. As a Senior Process Compliance Consultant, you will assess, evaluate, and enhance business processes to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and internal standards.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the Issuance Support Lead, primarily supporting the Office of Management and Policy Development (O&MPD), with occasional support to other organizational elements as needed.
Prepare and deliver detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management, ensuring clear communication of findings and proposed solutions.
Provide expertise on regulatory requirements and internal policies to guide process improvements and maintain compliance.
Conduct thorough analyses of current operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending efficient, compliant solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Process Compliance Consultant.
10 years of experience supporting cabinet-level headquarters.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
In-depth knowledge of compliance standards, regulatory frameworks, and risk management strategies.
5 years of experience with the DoD Issuance process and DoD Manual for Written Materials.
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications.
