SciTec is seeking an OPIR Program Site Lead with duties located at Buckley Space Force Base.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage engineering activities to ensure alignment with program objectives
  • Maintain constant communication with the Government and SciTec leadership on program technical status
  • Support program management in managing major milestones, deliveries, events, integration points, and mission partner dependencies
  • Execute contract efforts to support operational acceptance campaigns and maintenance of fielded software for OPIR Battlespace Awareness Center (OBAC) operators
  • Serve as the on-site program focal point for program execution and support requirements
  • Manage on-site support to operations and coordination across teams
  • Participate in technical exchange meetings with other programs to coordinate future integration efforts
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related technical/business field or additional relevant experience may be accepted in place of a degree
  • 15+ years of experience working on DoD projects supporting operations, information, and/or engineering
  • 10+ years of recent experience in OPIR development programs familiar with the development lifecycle of OPIR programs, as well as the various producers and consumers of OPIR data
  • Strong team-building, time-management, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Excellent written communication, briefing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact, brief and develop positive relationships with both customer and company senior leadership
  • Demonstrated proficiency leading execution for a medium-complexity system of programs
  • Detail oriented

The pay range for this position is $150,000 - $199,000 / year. SciTec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills. This is not a guarantee of compensation.
