Blue Rose is seeking a Document Writer to support our work with a federal client. This is a hybrid role with the requirement to be on-site in Annapolis Junction 2x every 2 weeks and is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.
An ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance is required prior to starting work.

An ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance is required prior to starting work.
In this role you will:
- Provide product, program, and/or technical development and design documentation support related to deliverables generated by our operational teams
- Create written or visual product/process/technical documentation, online information, and graphic designs
- Ensure strong verbal and non-verbal communication between different workstreams
- Work closely with technical architects to understand documentation requirements and deliver them according to customer timelines
- Review existing documentation autonomously, identify impacted documents due to updated processes, and manage the update, business review, and approval of the documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must:
- Have experience writing technical documents, including creating visual representations (diagrams) using tools like Visio
- Have experience writing technical policies and procedures
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to autonomously review and update documentation
- Possess an Active Secret Level Security Clearance
Preferred Skills:
- ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)
- Experience writing policies and procedures related to cloud technologies (Amazon Web Services (AWS) or security efforts)
- Experience with process improvement and design
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree required
