ASRC Federal is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our team. Our program supports the DHA's mission to deploy industry-leading solutions by providing a full range of business, operational, and technical work streams for the Program Executive Office and the associated Program Management Offices. The Enterprise Architect will be a part of an Agile support team that provides engineering, data management, cybersecurity, deployment, infrastructure, cloud support, business operations, data analytics, and a complete range of IT services.
Responsibilities:
• Solution, develop and maintain enterprise architecture working across projects and functions and coordinating with architecture & engineering team to ensure a holistic design
• Provide technical knowledge and consultation for architectural and engineering initiatives associated with the Federal Electronic Health Record (MHS GENESIS)
• Provide support for technical road map, interoperability, and product architectural designs and reviews
• Collaborate with stakeholders, other teams, and management on the enterprise IT infrastructure
• Ensure the IT Infrastructure meets the enterprise's needs
• Evaluate proposed new technologies for implementation.
• Evaluate existing IT processes and architecture
• Contribute to the development of IT infrastructure policies and guidelines,
• Identify Risks and Issues and develop mitigation plans
• Synchronize business needs with IT systems
• Implement frameworks effectively
• Create documents to support the enterprise architecture
Requirements:
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, Management Information Systems, or another related field
• Proficiency with DoD Software Development Lifecycle Practices, DoDAF 2.02
• Minimum 5 years of DoD Enterprise Architecture experience, preferably with a background in Joint Operational Medicine Information Systems (JOMIS), Defense Health Management Systems (DHMSM)
• Ability to define an enterprise architecture baseline, intermediate steps, and target descriptions for the following EA domains: Business, Application, Data/Information, and Infrastructure/Technology architectures
• Candidate must have hands-on experience with process models, data models, sequence diagrams, along with capability and function mapping
• Ability to write compelling technical documentation for both business and technical readers
• Experience and working knowledge of successful enterprise level Agile implementation
• Experience with Enterprise Configuration Management and Change Management is a plus
• Experience with Cloud and DevSecOps best practices and implementation is a plus
• Experience with briefing and interfacing with Senior DoD and Industry Leadership
• US Citizenship with an Active Secret is required
