Primary Responsibilities
  • Align processes and technology to enable effective information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
  • Utilize centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems to optimize workflow and data accessibility.
  • Compile reports on performance, usage metrics, and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities, including search, discovery, storage, retrieval of data, formal production, and taskings.
  • Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals to ensure information availability.
  • Apply requirement management methodologies and best practices to assist in developing or reengineering processes, ensuring alignment with organizational mission needs and priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between various J2 customers and the IT/KM Requirements Analyst to integrate knowledge management requirements into the overall requirement management cycle.
  • Identify organization customers and suppliers; document key processes and workflows as required.
  • Design, document, and assess new processes while ensuring compliance with all related DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) policies.
  • Plan for new processes, including related changes in technology, to enhance operational effectiveness.

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline, OR equivalent work experience with 8+ years in knowledge management, requirements engineering, or a related field.
  • Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance required.
  • Experience with knowledge management platforms, databases, and information-sharing tools within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply requirement management methodologies to enhance operational workflows and ensure mission alignment.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, analysts, and senior leadership, to define and integrate KM requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical documentation and process design.
  • Understanding of DoD and Intelligence Community policies related to knowledge and requirements management.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based KM solutions such as SharePoint Online, AWS, or Azure.
  • Experience in process improvement and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with DoD or Intelligence Community stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with knowledge management tools and methodologies.
  • Understanding of IT systems and data governance principles.
