Primary Responsibilities:

• Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production. Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes. Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings. Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:

• 
  Performs administrative SharePoint duties to include, but not limited to, development and maintenance of SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries; troubleshooting of technical issues with SharePoint users; and ensuring proper access controls are utilized for operational security management.
  
  Performs web application development duties that involve software development utilizing multiple programming languages to include, but not limited to, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET. SharePoint and wed development shall be in support of, but not limited to, the Knowledge Management Strategy and the Dissemination Tool (e.g., HighPoint/SharePoint).

• Compile reports on performance, usage metrics, and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities, including search, discovery, storage, and data retrieval.
• Manage the dissemination of intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries to enhance operational efficiency and collaboration.
• Troubleshoot technical SharePoint issues and ensure the proper application of access controls for security management.
• Perform web application development using multiple programming languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET.
• Support Knowledge Management Strategy and the Dissemination Tool (e.g., HighPoint/SharePoint) through effective web development and content management.

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in SharePoint administration and development, including site and content management.
• 3+ years of experience in web development utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET.
• Experience managing content within a classified environment and ensuring compliance with security best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Knowledge Management principles and best practices within a defense or intelligence setting.
• Ability to analyze and improve workflow automation and data retrieval processes.
• Experience with performance metrics reporting and analytics.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams, providing guidance on knowledge-sharing strategies and technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with DIA, DoD, or IC knowledge management and dissemination processes.
• Experience working with HighPoint/SharePoint tools for intelligence dissemination.
• Ability to provide training and documentation for SharePoint users and knowledge management best practices.
